Refund Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
We want every client to be satisfied with our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Translation Fees
- Before translation work begins: If you cancel before our translator begins work on your document, you are eligible for a full refund minus non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment provider.
- After translation work has begun: Translation fees are non-refundable. The translation reflects skilled labor performed on your document and cannot be returned. If you believe there is a quality issue, contact us — we will review and, where appropriate, correct the translation at no additional cost.
2. Notarization Fees
Notarization fees become non-refundable once the notary has executed the notarization. If notarization has not yet been performed, these fees follow the same rules as translation fees above.
3. Apostille Filing Fees
If the Secretary of State rejects an apostille filing for reasons outside our control (for example, a defect in the underlying document or jurisdictional issue), the apostille fee paid to the Secretary of State may be non-refundable. We will notify you promptly, explain the reason for rejection, and offer to resubmit once the underlying issue is corrected. Any additional state fees required to resubmit will be your responsibility.
4. USCIS Form Preparation
Fees for USCIS form preparation are refundable before we begin preparing the forms. Once preparation work has started, fees are non-refundable. We do not refund fees based on USCIS decisions; we are a document preparation service and do not guarantee any immigration outcome.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted through the contact form on our website. Please include your order number, the email used to place the order, and a brief reason for the request.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the funds may take additional days to appear on your statement.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
